Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centrifuge & Decanter Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting centrifuge and decanter equipment used in our downstream processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Operate centrifuge and decanter equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Monitor equipment performance, including vibration, temperature, and flow rates.
Adjust machine settings to optimize separation efficiency and product quality.
Clean and maintain equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt adjustments.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or escalate issues to maintenance personnel as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.
Monitor product quality and ensure it meets specifications.
Collect and record production data for quality control and reporting purposes.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Skills to be evaluated on Operating-Maintenance-Mechanical-Maintenance-Plant-Operations-Preventive-Maintenance-production machine-operating Centrifuge Decanter Equipment Mandatory Skills Centrifuge, Decanter Equipment, Reactors, equipment, production supervising.
