Position: RPTO Centre Manager Drone Training & Operations Location: Guntur We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven RPTO (Remote Pilot Training Organization) Center Manager to lead and manage our DGCA-approved drone training center in Andhra Pradesh . If you have strong leadership skills and experience in aviation, training, or UAV operations , we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the RPTO training centre, ensuring smooth functioning. Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and training standards. Manage training schedules, instructor coordination, and candidate enrolment . Build partnerships with institutions, industries, and government agencies to promote training programs. Supervise drone pilots, instructors, and support staff , ensuring high training quality. Drive student mobilization and placement assistance for trained candidates. Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in aviation training, UAV operations, or educational management . Strong knowledge of DGCA drone regulations and training protocols . Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills . Ability to expand RPTO operations and ensure business growth . Location: Andhra Pradesh Salary: Competitive & based on experience
