Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Centre Manager - Automotive Glass located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, and maintaining quality service standards. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure operational efficiency, monitoring inventory levels, and handling customer inquiries and complaints to deliver exceptional experiences.
