About the Role :

As the Centre Head, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool — from academics to administration and staff management. Your goal will be to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging school culture that supports children’s early development while maintaining strong relationships with staff and parents.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee the daily running of the school — academics, administration, and staff matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, child protection laws, and education guidelines.
• Implement curriculum based learning on top international early childhood practices.
• Hire, train, and guide teachers and staff to help them do their best work.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with parents, keeping them informed and supported.
• Track and meet enrolment goals, help retain students, and ensure parent satisfaction.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and encouraging culture that reflects Tovi’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or similar.
• 6+ years of experience working with young children, with at least 3+ years in leadership (leading a team or running a centre).
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning practices.
• Bonus: Familiarity with international approaches such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or EYFS.
