Centre Head- Production and Digital Printing

• Oversee daily operations of multiple production printing centers across the southern region.
  
• Ensure timely, high-quality output across digital, offset, and large-format printing segments.
  
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in print production, finishing, and delivery.
  

• Lead, mentor, and manage production managers, supervisors, and technical staff.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  

• Optimize resource allocation—machines, materials, and manpower—to maximize output.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality assurance and timely delivery.
  
• Resolve escalated client issues efficiently and implement preventive measures.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production capabilities with client demands.
  

• Stay updated with the latest printing technologies, materials, and production software.
  
• Recommend upgrades or new equipment to enhance capacity and product range.
  
• Ensure adherence to color management standards, print calibration, and workflow automation tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years in the printing industry, with at least 10 years as Production Manager or equivalent role.
  
• Must be fluent in Written and spoken language Hindi, English, Tamil.
  
• Strong background in digital and variable data printing (experience with brands like Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, etc., preferred).
  
• Proven track record of managing multi-location operations or large production teams.
