Centre Head – Preschool

Location: The Little Starlings by Sanskar School, Ambabari, Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Centre Head to lead our new preschool, The Little Starlings, launched by Sanskar School, Jaipur – a trusted name in education for over 23 years.

As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for the overall administration, academic planning, and smooth day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare. This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the preschool and daycare.
• Develop and supervise lesson plans and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
• Interact regularly with parents to address queries, provide feedback, and build trust.
• Guide and support teachers in classroom management and teaching practices.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as fee collection, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Maintain documentation and compliance as per preschool norms.
• Plan and execute events, celebrations, and community engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a preschool leadership or coordinator role.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; ECCE / NTT / B.Ed. preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, especially in dealing with young children and parents.
• Basic proficiency in administration and accounts handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
