Burn Gym is rapidly expanding to cover North India and aims to grow nationwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Head / General Manager located in Chandigarh. The Centre Head / General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of facility management. The candidate will be expected to devise and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, coordinate events and classes, handle client inquiries, and ensure all equipment and amenities are maintained properly.

• Experience in management, team leadership, and staff development
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends, marketing, and business development
• Operations management, financial analysis, and budgeting skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management
• Passion for fitness and healthy living is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and fitness center management software
• Minimum 10 years experience in sales.
• Must’ve handled an independent store or s branch as a centre head / profit centre.
