Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Center Head for our established Montessori school serving children aged 1.5 to 6 years. The Center Head will take full leadership and drive all aspects of the center. Job includes Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff Ensure adherence to Montessori principles and curriculum standards Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Handle parent communication, engagement, and satisfaction Monitor admissions, enrollment, and student progress Plan and execute school events and activities Promote the school in the community and support growth initiatives Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have play school teaching experience?
