Centre Head - Electronic City Phase-1

We’re seeking an experienced Center Head for our established Montessori school serving children aged 1.5 to 6 years. The Center Head will take full leadership and drive all aspects of the center. Job includes

• Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure adherence to Montessori principles and curriculum standards
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Handle parent communication, engagement, and satisfaction
• Monitor admissions, enrollment, and student progress
• Plan and execute school events and activities
• Promote the school in the community and support growth initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
