Job Description

As a Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing credit quality and providing strategic direction across the department. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of credit reports, dashboards, monthly performance presentations, and credit memorandums - Leading credit audits through policy analysis and case reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms - Conducting credit risk assessments and portfolio due diligence to identify early warning signals and mitigate risks - Collaborating with business teams to manage end-to-end credit processes and support decision-making - Working with tech teams to drive automation and expand system-based credit decisions - Monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing data trends, and presenting insights to senior management - Delivering regular team training, digitizing training workflows, and managing centralized MIS reporting You will be based in Powai, Mumbai.,
