Center Manager / Senior Sales Manager – Education & Training Institute

For Center Manager:

• Manage daily center operations efficiently
• Lead, train, and support faculty and admin staff
• Drive student admissions and meet monthly revenue targets
• Ensure top-notch student experience and satisfaction
• Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and parent communications
• Monitor budget and expenses

For Senior Sales Manager:

• Generate student leads through walk-ins, online inquiries, and field activities
• Counsel students and convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with local schools/colleges for tie-ups
• Manage follow-ups via calls, emails, and CRM
• Prepare weekly sales reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
• 6–15 years of experience in education sales, center management, or business development
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage targets and lead a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
