Center Head / Headmistress – Preschool in Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure age-appropriate learning across all classes.
• Guide and mentor teachers to deliver engaging, activity-based instruction.
• Ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment for early childhood development.
• Monitor student learning, classroom readiness, and feedback loops.
  

Administration & Operations

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocations.
• Supervise daily operations including safety, cleanliness, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with state and internal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of staff, students, events, and parent communications.
  

Parent Communication

• Build strong parent relationships and handle concerns empathetically.
• Conduct regular PTMs and share progress updates.
• Promote events, trials, and programs to parents effectively.
  

Growth & Marketing

• Drive admissions through school tours, campaigns, and trial offers.
• Coordinate with the digital team to manage preschool promotions and outreach.
• Plan and execute events like Baby Shows, Open Houses, and Learning Showcases.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (B.Ed/Montessori/NTT preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or administration.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and hands-on learning.
  

Job Type

• Full-time | 6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)
