Job Description

Job Title: Center Head (Only Females) Location: Woodnote Preschool, Gachibowli Roles and Responsibilities: Manage overall operations of the preschool ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards. Lead, guide, and supervise the teaching and support staff effectively. Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality teaching-learning practices. Handle admissions, parent communication, and ensure excellent parent satisfaction. Plan and execute school activities, events, and parent engagement programs. Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance at the center. Monitor budget, resource allocation, and report center performance to management. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head or in a leadership role in a preschool. Graduate with specialized training in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / ECE. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Only female candidates are eligible. Note: Transportation will not be provided. Candidates must arrange their own transport.
