Cell Process Engineer

Business Unit:

Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing

Location:

Jamnagar, Gujarat

Experience:

2 to 4 years

Education:

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation

Industry Preference:

Electrical Manufacturing, Automobile, Solar, Semiconductors

Role Overview

Were hiring a proactive and driven

Team Member Cell Process Engineering

to join our solar PV manufacturing team in Jamnagar. The role involves working on advanced process optimization, quality improvements, and supporting manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced setup.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to
HSE
standards and maintain a safe work environment.
Update SOPs/WIs and support
change management
processes.
Troubleshoot and maintain
process stability
and
equipment utilization
.
Contribute to key projects such as
cost/yield optimization, new product/process development, machine qualification
, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and operational issues.
Drive continuous improvement and support departmental KPIs.

Requirements

24 years
of experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or related industries.
Solid understanding of
semiconductor/solar processes, process control
, and
data analytics
.
Exposure to solar/semiconductor/electronics manufacturing is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to excellence.
