Your responsibilities will include designing and executing cell culture experiments, performing cell-based assays, utilizing flow cytometry for cell analysis, developing and optimizing cell culture protocols, analyzing experimental data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Design, plan, and execute cell culture experiments, including the maintenance and expansion of various cell lines. - Perform cell-based assays such as viability, proliferation, and differentiation studies. - Utilize flow cytometry for cell analysis and characterization. - Develop and optimize cell culture protocols, ensuring reproducibility and scalability. - Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cell culture techniques into broader research initiatives. - Maintain laboratory compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cell culture and flow cytometry technologies and apply them to ongoing research projects. Qualifications: - Masters or PhD in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. - Proven hands-on experience with cell culture techniques, including the maintenance and expansion of primary and established cell lines. - Proficiency in flow cytometry for cell analysis and characterization. - Strong understanding of cell biology, tissue engineering, and bioprocessing principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
