Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential in effectively engaging with customers. In this role, you will need to be flexible to work 24/7, including Sundays and holidays. For females, the working hours are from 7AM till 8PM. Your ability to actively listen to customers and communicate clearly and confidently will be key to your success in this position.
