Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDP, Commis at CookGramam in Chennai. The CDP, Commis will be responsible for preparing and cooking food under the direction of the senior chef. Day-to-day tasks may include food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting in the creation of new dishes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
  • Strong Cooking abilities and understanding of various recipes and techniques
  • Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred
