Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a CDP (Chef de Partie) or Commis. The main responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, ensuring food preparation is completed efficiently, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver excellent culinary services. Close collaboration with other kitchen staff and clear communication will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking with a foundation in Culinary Skills
• Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
• Good Communication skills to effectively work within a team environment
• Previous professional cooking or kitchen experience is preferred
• A culinary degree or certification is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
