Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDP, Commis at CookGramam in Chennai. The CDP, Commis will be responsible for preparing and cooking food under the direction of the senior chef. Day-to-day tasks may include food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting in the creation of new dishes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Proficient in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills Strong Cooking abilities and understanding of various recipes and techniques Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices Excellent Communication skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus Previous kitchen experience is preferred
