CDP (Indian)

As a chef, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus in collaboration with your colleagues. You will ensure the adequacy of supplies at all times and place orders in a timely manner to manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis. It is important to follow the directions of the executive and sous chef while also suggesting new ways of presentation of dishes and optimizing the cooking process by introducing new rules and procedures. Your focus should be on the productivity of the kitchen, including speed and food quality. Additionally, you must ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards by collaborating with other colleagues and seniors. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute menus in collaboration with colleagues - Ensure adequacy of supplies and place orders promptly - Manage ingredients for daily availability - Follow directions of executive and sous chef - Suggest new dish presentation and cooking process optimization - Focus on kitchen productivity and quality standards - Collaborate with colleagues and seniors Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - Total work experience of 10 years required - Chef de Partie (CDP) experience of 8 years required Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with food provided as a benefit.
