CDP (Indian/ Tandoor/Chinese)

Role Overview: As a Menu Planner in the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to effectively plan and execute menus. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring adequacy of supplies at all times and placing orders in a timely manner - Managing ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis - Following the directions of the executive and sous chef - Suggesting new ways of presentation of dishes - Recommending new rules and procedures for optimizing the cooking process - Giving attention to the productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality - Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards - Collaborating effectively with other colleagues and seniors Qualification Required: - Diploma (Preferred) as your educational background - Total work experience of 10 years, with at least 8 years of experience as a CDP Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with rotational shifts.
