Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Technician based in Thane. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV systems to ensure their efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring proper alignment and functionality of equipment, and responding to service requests. The role also involves ensuring all installations comply with safety standards and providing exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

Technical proficiency in CCTV Installation and maintenance
Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
Experience in providing superior Customer Service and maintaining professionalism
Knowledge of safety protocols and handling Hazardous Materials appropriately
Ability to work independently and follow on-site safety regulations
Previous experience in security systems or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are preferred
