Job Title: CCTV Surveillance Executive

Department: Operations / Administration

Location: Science-City, Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Director / Executive Director

Job Summary:

The CCTV Surveillance Executive is responsible for monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage across the branch to ensure safety, security, compliance, and operational discipline. The role involves real-time observation, reporting violations, and supporting management in maintaining a secure and well-disciplined work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure staff discipline, front desk behavior, and patient service standards.
• Identify and report any suspicious, unethical, or non-compliant activity.
• Regularly review recordings for incident investigations or quality control.
• Maintain backup footage and organize data for future reference.
• Coordinate with branch heads or HR in case of any policy violations or concerns.
• Ensure cameras are functioning, and coordinate with IT/Admin for maintenance issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of recordings and avoid unauthorized sharing of any footage.
• Highlight areas for improvement in facility discipline and patient handling.
• Assist in onboarding/training sessions by providing sample recordings or case studies (if needed).

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good observation and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Basic computer skills (CCTV software, MS Excel/Word)
• Ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly
• Quick decision-making in unusual situations

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate
• Prior experience in surveillance/CCTV monitoring preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environment is a plus
