Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems are operational and meet client needs. The role requires conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality customer service. Collaboration with other team members and clients to ensure timely project completion is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CCTV Installation and system configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
• Knowledge of safety protocols and hazardous materials handling
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to diverse working conditions
• Previous experience in security systems or a similar technical role is a plus
• Relevant technical certification or training in low voltage systems or electronics is advantageous
