The CCTV Technician will be responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, ensuring proper installation, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing customer service and support. Be able to service the CCTV related parts and components. The technician will also handle and be mindful of hazardous materials while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. Qualifications Experience in CCTV Troubleshooting Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Have basic knowledge of computer and networking Excellence in soldering and related components Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and Safety Protocols Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial ITI Diploma technical is a plus
