Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should be willing and able to learn new technologies as they emerge in the security and surveillance industry. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras. Perform routine system inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation. Conduct site surveys and provide input on system design and installation plans. Install and terminate cables (coaxial, Ethernet) and ensure neat and organized installations. Program and integrate CCTV systems with other security solutions when needed. Assist in client training and provide ongoing technical support. Keep up-to-date with new products, technologies, and best practices in the CCTV and security systems domain. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, device connectivity). Familiarity with various CCTV brands and recording equipment (DVRs, NVRs, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions. Valid driver’s license (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
