Job Description

About the Role

Install and configure IP/Analog CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and related hardware.
Handle camera positioning, device mounting, cabling, and network configurations.
Monitor CCTV footage, identify suspicious activity, and generate incident reports.
Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Ensure proper video storage, backup, and data retrieval.

Document installation layouts, network diagrams, service logs, and reports.
Coordinate with IT/security teams and external vendors.

Provide user training and technical support when required.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of CCTV systems (IP & Analog). Experience in NVR/DVR configuration & Video Management Software (VMS).
Knowledge of networking basics: LAN, WAN, switches, routers, IP addressing.
Hands-on experience with structured cabling (Cat6/Optical Fiber).
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Experience in access control/biometric systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
