CCTV & IT Technician

CCTV Systems:

• Install, configure, test, and calibrate CCTV systems, including cameras (analog and IP), DVR/NVR units, and related peripherals.

• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera placement, taking into account blind spots, lighting, and security requirements.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and system upgrades to ensure continuous functionality.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or replace faulty components, and reduce downtime.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users and clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, installations, service logs, and incident reports.

• Install and Configure Biometric and Intercom Systems.

IT & Networking Support:

• Install and configure IT hardware: workstations, printers, routers, switches, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating system, network connectivity, and peripheral device faults.

• Ensure network security by applying antivirus measures, managing system updates, and adhering to privacy standards.

• Manage routine backups, system upgrades, and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in CCTV & IT systems installation, configuration & maintenance. Prior experience in IT support or field technician roles.

Other Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for technical diagnostics.

• Effective communication skills for client support and coordination with teams.

• Physical fitness and comfortable for travelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
