CCTV & IT Technician

As a CCTV & IT Technician at Ai Control, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, networking solutions, and low-voltage electrical integration. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, convenience, and efficiency of our clients" premises across North-East India. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems with analog and IP cameras - Set up DVR/NVR systems and enable remote viewing solutions - Troubleshoot camera/video issues, conduct regular system checks, and maintain logs - Ensure proper coverage, alignment, and recording settings for all installed systems - Install and configure LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points - Maintain structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) and network racks - Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and performance lags - Support in setting up workstations, PCs, and basic IT peripherals - Lay conduit, cable trays, and structured wiring for low-voltage systems - Perform minor electrical works related to security and automation devices - Adhere to safety standards and installation best practices Qualifications & Skills Required: - Education: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology (not compulsory if you have required knowledge and experience) - Strong understanding of CCTV technology and surveillance system integration - Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.) - Knowledge of cable dressing, crimping, testing, and patch panel setup - Basic Windows knowledge for system setup and troubleshooting - Ability to read technical diagrams and follow standard installation protocols - Basic knowledge of UPS, power supplies, and electrical safety for IT setups Preferred Qualities: - Willingness to travel within North-East India - Good communication and teamwork skills - Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-driven attitude Join Ai Control to be part of a dynamic team that delivers cutting-edge automation, surveillance, and networking solutions to enhance safety, comfort, and efficiency for our clients.,
