Job Description

Ensure prompt and safe delivery of IT & Surveillance equipment, accessories, and related products to clients across the assigned area. Maintain professional behavior while delivering products and assisting clients with basic inquiries. Verify and handle items carefully during transit to ensure no damage or loss. Assist in the installation of CCTV, access control solutions, biometric systems, and intercoms (EPABX). Align and position cameras for optimal coverage; configure network settings for remote monitoring. Conduct regular system checks to ensure proper functionality and address potential issues proactively. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with surveillance equipment, including connectivity problems. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities. Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate systems with the organization's infrastructure and enhance security. Requirements: Education: Minimum SSC/High School Pass. Technical certifications in IT or electronics will be a plus. Experience: Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and IT hardware/software is preferred. Delivery experience is an advantage. Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with networking and surveillance systems. Good time management and customer service skills.
