DESIGNATION : CCTV TECHNICIAN cum DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Location: Valasaravakkam (Near Porur), Chennai
Work Mode: Office / Work From Home (Flexible)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive CCTV cum Desktop Support Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems along with providing basic desktop and IT support. This role is suitable for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of security systems and IT support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:CCTV Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
• Handle cabling work including electrical wiring, network cables, and camera connections.
• Ensure CCTV installations comply with safety standards and company guidelines.
• Provide support for system upgrades, relocations, or modifications at client or company sites.
• Maintain daily service reports and submit to HR department.

Desktop Support Responsibilities

• Provide basic desktop and IT support for systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with operating system issues, software installation, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, email setup, and common hardware problems.
• Maintain records of system issues, installations, and IT assets.
• Maintain daily service reports and submit to HR department.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in CCTV systems, desktop support, IT support, or related technical fields.
• Candidates with relevant technical knowledge, certifications, or internship experience will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
• Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
