Job Description

Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
Support and maintain voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers
Ability to interface with Business partners as needed to drive towards implementation of AI solutions

What You Know:

A Minimum 2+ years of experience with Contact centers.
Should have 1 or 2 years Java development experience
Should have 1+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and Google Cloud CCAI
Experience in supporting multi-site contact center implementations
Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google and Amazon
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Cisco CVP/WebexCCE experience is a plus

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
