CC Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with a specialization in Birthday Party Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving event sales, and ensuring seamless execution of birthday parties and group events. This role requires a blend of strong communication, sales acumen, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Actively generate and convert leads for birthday parties and group bookings.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, enquiries, and sales conversions.
• Drive customer engagement and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, events, F&B) to ensure successful event execution.
• Consistently achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide inputs to enhance service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Undergraduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (hospitality/events industry experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a day rotational shift and flexible to work on weekends/public holidays as per business requirements.
