1 Basic troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve common application based technical issues.2 Good knowledge about ITIL certification3 Customer service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively and courteously.4 Ticket management: Experience in logging and tracking support requests using ticketing systems.5 Operating systems knowledge: Understanding of various operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and their basic functionalities.6 Software applications: Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients.7 Remote desktop support: Ability to provide assistance to users remotely using remote desktop tools.8 Documentation skills: Capability to create and update technical documentation for support procedures and solutions.9 Problem-solving: Aptitude for analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.10 Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments in a fast-paced support role.11 Understanding of programming languages such as PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Note:Please those who are willing to work in Rotational Shift and Rotational weekoff only apply
