• Provide strategic academic leadership: set school vision, translate CBSE curriculum goals into measurable learning outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in student performance.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and appraisal: build teacher capability through mentoring, performance coaching, and systematic professional development programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CBSE guidelines, maintain accurate records, and prepare for inspections, audits, and board reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

Must?Have

• Graduate with B.Ed (mandatory); M.Ed or Master's in Education/Management preferred.
• Minimum 58 years of progressive leadership experience as a Principal in CBSE schools is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record improving academic outcomes, managing inspections, and ensuring CBSE compliance.
• Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder?engagement skills; proficiency in English.
  

Preferred

• Exposure to school budgeting, admission strategies, and data?driven performance systems; experience with digital learning platforms is a plus.
