We are hiring a junior accountant for Premium CBSE School, Adgaon Nashik

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior accountant to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, school finance processes and the ability to work with accuracy and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Maintain and update financial records in the accounting software.
Assist in preparation of monthly reports, fee reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Handle petty cash and vendor bills, and follow up for pending payments.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with the admin team, vendors, and parents for fee-related queries.
Ensure timely submission of accounts data and support audits.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with school accounting policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
13 years of experience in accounting (school experience preferred).
