Job Location : Andheri East (Open to travel Pan India based upon projects)
Reimbursement : Phone/Commute/food/ accommodation while travelling.
Gender : Male
Experience : Minimum – 2 Years

Skills Required :-

Good communication Skill
Should ready to travel all over India (Domain:- Banking industry)
Ability to Learn
Good Analytical Skills
Strong knowledge in accounts (For Fresher’s)

Role and Responsibilities :

Understanding of the integration with various modules.
Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.
Plan & conduct training for end-users.
Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution.
Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues.
Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues.
Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
