Experience: 5 – 7 Years Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Mode: WFO 5 Days Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Identify, record, and track bugs through bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans and test strategies. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have: Experience in performance testing using JMeter or similar tools. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Knowledge of SQL and database testing. Experience with mobile application testing (Android/iOS). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
