Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CATI Researcher (Primary Research) located in Noida. The CATI Researcher will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews, gathering and analyzing data, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of collected information. The researcher will also be involved in designing surveys, interpreting results, and preparing detailed reports based on the research findings. Collaboration with other researchers and maintaining data privacy standards is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting telephone interviews and collecting data
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in survey design and administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sociology, Marketing, or Communications
• Experience in the market research industry is a plus
