Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for CATERING SUPERVISOR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective catering plans and menus to meet client requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in catering supervision or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
