We’re looking for a Category Head – Fashion to join as a founding team member and build the entire fashion engine from scratch — from selection and sourcing to P&L and speed-to-shelf execution.

This is a leadership role with direct ownership of revenue, margins, assortment, and supplier relationships.

🔑 What You’ll Own

👉 Category Strategy & Merchandising: Define what we sell, when, and how — based on demand, trends, and margin play

👉 SKU Selection & Lifecycle: Curate, launch, and rotate high-demand, fast-moving SKUs

👉 Sourcing & Partnerships: Build supplier, brand, and factory relationships for both D2C and white-label

👉 P&L Responsibility: Drive pricing, discounting, sell-through, returns, and profitability

👉 Cross-Functional Execution: Work with ops, tech, and marketing to ensure 60-min fulfillment across SKUs

👉 Team Building: Hire and lead category managers, buyers, and planners as we scale

✅ Ideal Background

⚡ 8 - 12+ years in Fashion E-commerce or retail (Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Urbanic, Reliance Retail, etc.)

⚡ Strong track record in category ownership, pricing, merchandising, and team leadership

⚡ Hands-on experience managing fashion P&L

⚡ Deep connects in the fashion ecosystem — brands, vendors, manufacturers

⚡ Fast, agile, and thrives in early stage environments with high accountability

⚡ Strong eye for what sells in Gen Z and millennial segments
