You will be a vital part of our team as a Catalogue Specialist at our India Office. Your primary responsibility will involve efficiently managing and organizing product information within our catalogue, especially in an e-commerce environment. Your duties will include creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information in the catalogue database. You must ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality by verifying and correcting product details such as descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Crafting clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions to emphasize key features and benefits is a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with marketing and creative teams to procure or develop high-quality images and multimedia content for product listings. Additionally, coordination with various departments like marketing, sales, and inventory management is essential to ensure consistent product information across all channels. Staying informed about product specifications, industry trends, and market competition will be necessary for you to excel in this role. Your insights and suggestions for enhancing product listings and improving the overall customer experience will be highly valued. Furthermore, adherence to industry standards and guidelines for catalogue management is expected. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience with catalogue management systems and e-commerce platforms, preferably in Luxury Fashion or Retail, is required. Proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop, and other design software would be advantageous. Your ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously will also be beneficial in this role.,
