Catalogue Interior Design Coordinator Female

As a Catalogue Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the design agency and top management to create visually appealing catalogues showcasing the company's laminate collections. Your key tasks will include planning and managing the catalogue project timeline, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the catalogue creation process, and liaising with design agencies and printing vendors to ensure timely delivery. You will also be analyzing sales data to identify design trends, conducting competitive analysis, and recommending decor papers and texture finishes to enhance the product range. In this role, you will need to maintain various records related to catalogue inventory, consumption, and purchase, as well as reconcile designer vendor accounts. Additionally, you will coordinate with the factory and designer vendor to design various company materials such as pamphlets, standees, signages, and stationeries. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-6 years of experience in managing interior design or related activities in the surfaces solution industries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in written English, experience with Microsoft Office, and designing tools like Photoshop, Spark, or CorelDRAW are also desired. Candidates with design-related degrees or relevant qualifications will be preferred, and women are encouraged to apply. The work timings for this role are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
