Catalogue Design Coordinator Female

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing catalogues showcasing the company's laminate collections in collaboration with the design agency and top management. Your role involves planning and managing the catalogue project timeline, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, liaising with design agencies and printing vendors, analyzing sales data for design trends, conducting competitive analysis, recommending decor papers and texture finishes, maintaining records, reconciling vendor accounts, and coordinating the design of company pamphlets and other products. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing catalogues showcasing laminate collections - Plan and manage catalogue project timeline - Act as primary point of contact for all stakeholders - Liaise with design agencies and printing vendors - Analyze sales data for design trends - Conduct competitive analysis - Recommend decor papers and texture finishes - Maintain records related to catalogue inventory - Reconcile designer vendor accounts - Coordinate design of company pamphlets and products Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience in managing interior design or related activities - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously - Comfortable with written English - College graduate preferred - Experience with Microsoft Office required - Designing experience with Photoshop, Spark, CorelDRAW advantageous Additional Company Details: Women candidates will be preferred for this role. Working hours are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
