About the Role :-

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our extensive product catalog. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce catalogs, crafting SEO-rich content, and streamlining listing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the fashion, beauty, or jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage and maintain a master catalog of 1000+ SKUs including product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and GTINs.
• Write and edit SEO-optimized product content aligned with the brand tone and voice.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all platforms.
• Organize and manage product images and digital assets across e-commerce channels.
• Reduce product listing turnaround time (TAT) to under 48 hours by implementing efficient SOPs and trackers.
• Tailor product content for multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) ensuring compatibility and visibility.
• Strategize and execute themed collections, curated bundles, and festive product drops, optimizing for CTR, ATC, and CVR.
• Monitor key catalog metrics including % of live SKUs, content health, listing TAT, and catalog performance reports.
• Continuously improve catalog quality through structured processes and performance insights.

Requirements :-

• 3–5 years of catalog management experience in the fashion, beauty, or jewelry sector.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for process optimization.
• Strong written communication skills with an understanding of SEO and brand voice.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
