a cashier cum sales assistant typically involves handling customer transactions, providing sales assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role often requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle cash and electronic payments, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Cashiering:Processing customer payments, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, issuing receipts, and managing refunds or exchanges.
• Sales Assistance:Assisting customers with product inquiries, providing information about products and services, and potentially cross-selling or upselling.
• Customer Service:Providing friendly and efficient service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Stock Management:Helping with the general upkeep of the store, including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Point-of-Sale Operations:Utilizing the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:
