Position Overview

The Cashier will be responsible for handling all cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth billing operations for guests. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and integrity in managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Prepare guest bills, process check-ins/check-outs, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.

· Maintain daily cash register and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.

· Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper transaction records.

· Assist guests with billing-related queries and provide excellent customer service.

· Coordinate with the team for accurate billing.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

· Report discrepancies, if any, to the Accounts/Finance Manager immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Minimum Graduate in Commerce or equivalent preferred.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier/Accounts Assistant in hospitality or similar roles (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

· Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy in handling cash.

· Knowledge of IDS software is preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
