Job Description

As a Cashier, your role will involve managing billing operations, handling POS transactions, and providing excellent service to guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer billing through the POS system accurately. - Issuing receipts, refunds, or adjustments when required. - Maintaining cash register balance and preparing daily cash reports. - Ensuring smooth coordination between the service team and kitchen staff. - Greeting customers and assisting with basic queries when needed. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. - Following company policies, security standards, and cash-handling procedures. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. - Prior experience as a cashier, billing executive, or front desk staff in restaurants or retail preferred. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer operation. - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy hours. If you possess a hospitality background and basic accounting knowledge, it would be considered as additional skills preferred for this role.,
