Job Description

Handle customer billing accurately and efficiently.
Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain daily sales reports.
Verify product details, weights, and prices before billing (especially for jewellery).
Maintain cash register and ensure adequate change is available.
Balance cash drawer at the end of the day and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales staff for smooth customer checkout.
Ensure all transactions follow company policies and financial guidelines.
Maintain customer records for invoicing and taxation purposes (GST, PAN, etc.).
Handle customer queries related to billing and payment.
Prepare daily cash deposit summaries for accounting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Assist with stock updates in the billing system when required.
Ensure confidentiality of financial data and customer information.
Follow security procedures for high-value transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
