Job Description

Process transactions:
Scan products, calculate totals, and handle various payment types, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Provide customer service:
Greet customers, answer inquiries about products or services, and resolve complaints or issues.
Manage cash and register:
Count the cash at the beginning and end of shifts, ensure accuracy, and report any discrepancies.
Handle returns and exchanges:
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to store policy.
Maintain the checkout area:
Keep the checkout counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
Other duties:
Assist with stocking shelves, promoting loyalty programs, and performing other tasks as needed to support store operations.
