Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using cash register software and other relevant systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
